• Submission Information: the business name, business address, and email address you provide when requesting a report.
• Review Data: publicly available customer reviews from Google Maps and/or Yelp for the business you specify, used solely to generate your report.
• Usage Data: standard technical information automatically logged by our hosting provider when you visit the site (e.g. access times, page requests) — we don't run separate analytics or tracking scripts.

We use the information above to generate and deliver your Business Review Intelligence (BRI) report, to respond to inquiries you send our team, and to maintain records of report requests and unlock status. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Business Review Intelligence (BRI) does not receive, store, or have access to your card details — your payment information is entered directly on Stripe's own checkout page and never passes through our servers.

We rely on the following service providers to operate Business Review Intelligence (BRI): Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (secure data storage), Anthropic (AI-powered report analysis), and SerpApi (retrieval of publicly available review data). Each receives only the information necessary to perform its specific function and is not permitted to use it for its own marketing purposes.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information — including restricting access to sensitive credentials to secure server-side systems only, and ensuring payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's own PCI-compliant infrastructure rather than our own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Business Review Intelligence (BRI) after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
