• Scope of Service: Business Review Intelligence (BRI) provides independent, AI-driven business intelligence audits and operational sentiment analysis reports.
• Data Sources: Our service analyzes publicly available local business review data from platforms like Google Maps and Yelp.
• Platform Disclaimer: Business Review Intelligence (BRI) is an independent analysis tool and is not officially affiliated with, authorized, maintained, or endorsed by Google Maps or Yelp.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for the URLs you input into the service. You agree to use this service for lawful validation and operational analysis purposes only.

• Billing Structure: Business Review Intelligence (BRI) reports are purchased on a digital, one-time unlock basis via Stripe. There are no recurring subscription fees or monthly plans.
• Finality of Sales: Due to the digital nature of the intelligence reports and the immediate delivery of processed data, all sales are final.
• No Refunds: Once a report is unlocked via the Stripe payment link, absolutely no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Business Review Intelligence (BRI) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of public third-party review data. Business Review Intelligence (BRI) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our report data.
